Equity Analytics Group specializes in the analysis needed to drive discovery and understanding so that equity-building efforts and interventions come from an informed place, allowing change to be measured, communicated, and reflected upon. We provide research, system development, and data informatics for agencies and organizations engaging in efforts to understand and improve the equity of their services and the landscape in which their services are provided. 

Our goals are to help each organization develop the approach and tools to effectively measure the things they value, and to communicate their story clearly, accurately, and in a way that resonates from multiple perspectives. To do this we develop a customized evaluation and implementation plan that builds on existing strengths and aims to foster self-sufficient internal systems that can adapt and grow with the organization.  

Our consultants bring a range of skill sets in data analysis, organizational assessment, project management, trauma-informed practices, and equity-centered approaches to change management.  Using powerful data analytic tools and innovative data visualization we can provide visibility and a shared understanding of complex problems.
